I went to church and Bro. Larry Eaton preached a love story. It was from John 3:16. We all need to hear that we are loved. Good job.

Cool, hot, I always keeps a sweater, tank top, socks, coats, shorts, ember saw, cap, etc., in my car trunk. You never know when the weather will change.

I wish they would have open season on turkeys and deer. I can’t live with all the mites they spread. When I was a child, we had no mites. We might have chiggers and stay awake all night. We didn’t have itch cream, we used alcohol and run like a wild person. It dried them up. We couldn’t afford nail polish. I guess that is why they are called pests.

Hump Day

I sure hope you have had a good week so far. It feels so nice and cool this morning.

Produce 431. Beverly Whitson has the best red ripe tomatoes with lots of meat and not many seeds. I can’t eat seeds. They hurt my stomach. Seeds are for the birds.

Sister Dona Hildabrand has back problems. I sure miss her and hope she gets on her feet soon. Pray for her recovery.

Sick list:

Ray Head

Jack Hunt

Dona Hildabrand

Mary Richmond

Melton McEntosh

Terrell Forgy

Pay Day, T.G.I.F.

Tommy Guffey, you did such a good job as the M.C. over the car cruise in. Lewisburg had a great turnout. There was lots of good fellowship, good food, nice weather and some awesome cars. Movie night should happen more in this little town. Someone should bring in something to keep it alive. I could almost see it smiling and feeling useful once more. I am so glad. Lions Club, you did a great job. Thanks to Tony Ashby for his good job and thanks to Mayor Tina Dye.

It was a busy week and a good week. People came together with the fellowship of love. We didn’t have anyone who got out of line. It was all a good time. The Purple Martin Festival was a success.

Saturday night at McKenney park was a good way to end the festival. Music from Tim harris, Mike Sullivan, Rick and Eric, the Rocking Rager Brothers. Everyone had a great time. Lewisburg was alive once more.

Good job to all who had a part in the week at the Purple Martin Festival. See you all next year.

Well, I picked up a few chiggers walking in grass while going to yard sales.

They love to get on me, on my legs and ankles. I wished they would go where the sun don’t shine. I got my wish. LOL

Don’t worry, be happy. We will be starting a new week. Laugh and the world will laugh with you, cry and you get red eyes.

Love you. God bless.
