KY 1153 (Beechland Road) from mile marker 4 to mile marker 5.
Also, East Fourth Street is partially blocked due to work on a utility pole.
The Emerson Bypass has water over part of the road, but is not closed yet.
It was reported on WRUS that Coopertown Road, Camp Ground Road, and Lester McReynolds Road were also closed, but that has not been confirmed.
