You know I don’t know why it is but each season is more beautiful than the last. FALL THIS YEAR IS JUST BEAUTIFUL. We have had plenty of rain, the leaves are still on the trees… storms to blow them off and the sunsets are spectacular. They are a different color every night and the color reflects back into the water. This makes you “run out the door” take a picture, then send it to everybody you know in the world. I really wish each of you had the ability to get one of these pictures. I know you would really enjoy them.

You have heard the old saying “IT’S HARD TO TEACH AN OLD DOG NEW TRICKS”. Well, this old dog has a new toy and I am loving it. You see the Hubby gave me a touch screen computer not long ago and the built in keyboard was a pain in my YOU KNOW WHAT! Then we had a wonderful visit from the Hubby’s nephew and guess what? He is a computer genius. Of course I began to tell him all my computer problems before he could even get his coat off.

Then my favorite neighbor called to tell us they had chili, so the three of us squeezed in the four wheeler and hit the road. Well my friend had to show me something on her computer and immediately the Nephew realized that she had just what I needed….a kind of portable keyboard that I could just lay in my lap.

Man, ask me if I got in touch with Amazon as soon as we got home. Where would I be if I did not have Amazon? Of course when those little brown boxes with the cute smile on the side are dropped off, the Hubby goes into orbit. The best thing is that this OLD DOG is typing this column with my new keyboard.

I can’t believe its Turkey season again and that means that Christmas is not far behind. I hope you are getting yourself ready for the winter. That’s all I hear, “WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BAD WINTER”! So start clipping those “toilet paper coupons” cause you are going to need that special paper if you are snowed in.

On a sad note, all the boats are gone, not many fishermen on the lake and my ducks have moved on. They just don’t love me anymore. I started buying a cheaper brand of Cheerios and I guess they did not like them.

Till next time, I will be sitting right here watching the sunset every night and of course enjoying every moment. Hope you are doing the same. Love you all. Bye now!
