Hope you had a good week. Some weeks seem to go so fast. I asked someone recently is they were ready for Christmas. The quick answer was not to mention it. Well, think about it. It is already almost October, so it ain’t far off.
I’m already working on some gifts. Time passes so fast and I have found out I am much slower than I used to be. It takes me so much longer to get anything done now.
Sorry Ray Sharp has been having medical problems. He has been in the local hospital a couple of times. Hopefully he is going to be better now.
Martha Harris had surgery this past week. She is now home and hopefully doing well.
I saw in the church bulletin where Faye Brown had carpal tunnel surgery. She is doing good and will soon be back into her usual activities.
Had some surprise company this past Saturday afternoon. Gin-Jo Frazier and son Bruce and daughter Alicia were here from the great state of Oklahoma. They arrived in Kentucky and are visiting their Fleming relatives. Gin-Jo was born a Fleming. While here they had already visited Curtis and Glenda Ramsey of Adairville and Morris and Nancy Kissellbaugh of Russellville. After they left here they were on their way to see David and Shirley Ballard. I enjoyed their visit, even if it was only a short while.
Sorry that Helen Porter is in the hospital. She is in Bowling Green. I do not know what hospital she is in, however. Just hope she is feeling much better.
So long, see ya next time.
