A very dreary Saturday morning. It’s cloudy and rainy. If you had to be out, I hope you were careful.
How was your week? I’ve been trying to do some cleaning. It seems as if I sit more than clean. I give out so quickly, so I do some and sit some. I don’t get much done very fast. Oh well, if I just keep on maybe I will finally get it done.
On Monday afternoon visiting awhile were Mitchell and Heather Johnson and Jenny. They brought me some frozen squash. I appreciate them.
The Morris family had their family get-together and homecoming this past Sunday at the city park in Russellville. There were 37 of them. The brother and sister attending were Bro. Kinnith Morris of Hopkinsville and Marine Brown of Russellville. There was lots of eats and a good time together. They collected money for a sick child, which was great. The family had to travel to Ohio for his treatments, so the money was greatly appreciated.
Sorry Thelma Grayson was injured in a freaky car accident. Hope she is recovering nicely.
James Fuller is home after a short stay at Jennie Stuart Hospital in Hopkinsville.
Visiting awhile Tuesday afternoon with me were Marine Borders and caregiver Julie. I enjoyed their visit.
On Tuesday afternoon I had an appointment with Dr. Kamal Singh. I got a good report. I don’t have to go back until August for another appointment.
We have a new baby within our church family. Arriving on Saturday the 17th was Callie Ann Hart, weighing 8 lbs. and 1 oz. She was 20 inches long. She is the daughter of Jay and Tara Hart and has an older sister, Caroline. Her grandparents are Terry and Barbara Hart and her great-grandmom is Virginia Hart. Enjoy, they grow up so quickly.
If we have any graduates from kindergarten, high school or college, please let me know, as you realize graduation is almost here.
So have a good week and keep the faith. See ya next time.
