It is a beautiful morning this Saturday, however, the last two mornings have been just plain cold.
Arriving Monday morning was my cousin Sherry Harris from Louisville. We had quite a day.
On Tuesday, Sherry and I drove to pick up Louise Henderson and went to James and Sue Fuller’s. When arriving there, we found out that their daughter-in-law Corrie Fuller and the kids, Brett, Luke, Sean and Olivia were also there. We had the most delicious lunch. Taco soup and vegetable soup, plus desserts.
Later that afternoon Sherry and I drove to Russellville. She has never seen the bank that is notorious as the bank Jesse James and his crew robbed. Early on Wednesday morning she headed back to Louisville.
Retired professor Dr. Lynwood Montell of Bowling Green came, so we go riding around in Butler County. We later stopped at Webb’s for our lunch, which was very good.
Martha Wright and 10 of the family are back home after several days in the mountains. What an nice trip.
Heard from my cousin Omanel Robertson in Florida this week. She lives there now with her son Terry and his wife. She still has her home in Greenville. She was not feeling very well when she called. Hope she is soon feeling better.
Sunday morning became a beautiful day for awhile, then it rained and then it cleared up again.
Watch for school buses again, as school is back in session. So watch for our kids, they are precious.
Until next time. Have a good week!
