Greetings from our little neighborhood. How was your week? At least we didn’t see so far any snow. And a few warmer days, which is kinda unusual for February.
Marvine Borders has been in the Medical Center in Bowling Green, but is back home now.
And bless Lana Wells’s heart, she has finally gotten to come home from a Nashville hospital after a few weeks there. Hope she soon gets to feeling much better. She has had a hard time of it recently, so glad to hear she is home.
Friday night was “Come to my table” night and Bailey Borders brought mine. Those kids are growing like weeds and are so pretty. Supper was good. I had a big piece of ham, potato salad and dessert.
Some March birthdays are the 11th Mitchell Johnson, the 14th granddaughter Kayla Beth, the 21st Marvine Borders and Jason Hendley, the 26th Angie Baugh, the 27th Cathy Baugh and the 29th Glenn Baugh. Cathy and Glenn Baugh are celebrating an anniversary on the 14th.
I am pretty well still inside, simply because I do not have the strength to get out. Hopefully I will finally get better. I am getting some help with nurses and therapy, so here’s hoping. It just gets you down. Whew, no energy whatsoever. I still do my cooking, not much, but enough to get by.
Enough complaining, I’m grateful to feel as well as I do. So we need to quit complaining right? Right!
As far as I know I don’t really know anything. I really don’t. A preview of March shows the 13th is time to do the old clock switching. Spring begins the 20th of March and Easter Sunday is the 27th of March. Also with St. Patrick’s day, Girl Scout day and Good Friday all in March. Did you know all that? Or did you even care?
Hope you have a good week and smile, make someone’s day!
