Already a new year 2016. To repeat, how time does fly. Hope the new year is good to you and yours.
Christmas 2015 is gone. Hope you and your family did have a good time together, and enjoy “the reason for the season.”
I spent 2 days seeing the Dr. on Monday and Tuesday. Will check in again on January 14th.
Sorry Bev Whitson is in the local hospital. She has had this “mess” for several days before ending up in the hospital. Hope she is soon much improved.
Tuesday retired WKU professor Dr. Lynwood Montell of Bowling Green was down, so we got out riding around. As the leaves are all gone seems like you can see so far. It makes for a more interesting ride. We stopped at Webb’s and had a delicious lunch. Our favorite cook Lisa Stuart was on duty, so of course the meal was delicious.
Our sympathy to the family of Virgil Lee Sears. He was born and raised in Spa. For some time he has been in the nursing facility at Elkton.
Sorry our neighbor up the road, Bill Cornelius, spent one night in the local hospital. He is out now and hopefully feeling better.
J.R. and Zelma Whitson Cundiff celebrated their 50th anniversary Saturday afternoon at the activities building with a good sized crowd attending. Glad they had a good afternoon for this special event.
Don’t get to make it to church this morning, coughing more than usual, got a temp and feel awful. Not a good start for the first Sunday of the year of 2016.
Hope all feel better than I feel. Whew, awful. Here’s hoping the rest of the year is better.
Se ya next time, and hope 2016 is a good year for you.
