Greetings from The Antioch Community.

We want to send a very special Happy Birthday Wish out to Mr. Virgil Sears, who celebrated his 85th on Friday, Sept. 18. He sure would enjoy a call, card or visit I am sure. He resides at Hearthstone Place in Elkton. we hope he has a wonderful birthday.

I sure enjoyed a visit from Richard Estes on Saturday. He brought me a CD for my birthday. He is a special young man.

Bryan Harris drove his mom, Dolores, to the beauty shop on Saturday. Dolores said they ate at the Webb’s Restaurant in Lewisburg. She said the food sure was good. We sure are glad to have them open again and hope the Webb sisters much success.

We sure were glad to have our Pastor back with us. We had a large crowd Sunday with several visitors.

The Sears, Stinson Reunion was held Sunday after church in the Fellowship Hall. A large crowd attended.

Chris Epley sang a special for us Sunday night at church. We always enjoy listening to him sing.

Tammy Sisco, her daughter, and a friend sang the special Sunday morning. It was pretty too.

Christine White is still in the ICU unit at Logan Memorial Hospital. Remember her and all the sick in your prayers.

A smile cannot be bough, begged, borrowed or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. Some people are too slow to give a smile. Give them one of yours, as no one needs a smile so much as he who has none to give.

Have a good week.
