Well it did it, another snow, and it is not melting very fast. In fact more melted Friday, so maybe will all soon be gone. We sure have had a worse winter than usual. Wonder if summer will be a lot hotter than usual. Stanley, if I say it is hot, he will say better than a snowball, and I will agree. We are a hard people to be pleased aren’t we?
Pastor Joe Vaught of Green Ridge Presbyterian church is in the hospital in Columbia, Tennessee. Hope he can get to feeling better. He has had a lot of medical problems the last few years.
On April 5th, Brian and Julie Ellis and new baby Finley Grace of around Memphis will be visiting her parents George and Beverly Whitson. From 1-3 p.m. they will have “Come and Meet Finley” so don’t forget okay?
I know the guys that have to make the call on having school or not having school- wish this didn’t happen but it does- I think they have made wise decisions. It will get made up sometime.
And Don kept telling us on WRUS about these guys out working all hours of the day and night, and some people just could not keep from griping. How would you like to be out all hours of the day and night in these weather conditions? Give it a good thought before griping again.
I understand as a result of these weather conditions there has been a lot of broken bones at the hospital, so unless you have to be, stay in. I’m so afraid I’ll fall. I do my best to not put my feet on the ground. I’ve had a broken bone before and I did not like it. Gosh they hurt.
Saturday was the 7th birthday of Addison Connally of Auburn. She is the daughter of Maranda and Dustin and the sister of Bayleigh and baby Abel. Plus her grandma Sue and Papaw James Fuller, as well as other family and friends met at the sports complex to celebrate this exciting day. Several attended and had a good time. She is sure a cutie. Many more happy birthdays are wished Miss Addison.
Didn’t make it to church this morning. For some reason my get up and go had gotten up and gone.
Have a good week and see ya!
