Happy Thanksgiving, hope it was a good day and all your plans worked out fine. If you had a big dinner and all were well and able to be there, it was a blessing.
I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people and this happened recently when I got a call from Delores Renfro and I’ve been delighted to meet her on the phone. Well my good friend is scheduled to have surgery in December. being a person of God, I know she would wish you to remember her as you pray. Good luck gal!
Got a call recently for former Spa boy Tommy Johnson of Hartford. He and Leola seem to be doing well, and it was so good to hear from him.
If you have seen Stanley lately, I’m sure you’ve noticed his new foot wear. he has a problem with a foot and is wearing a boot. Hope he soon gets better. He knows he has to wear it 3 weeks.
I noticed for nest weeks forecast the possibility of snow. I dread it. Oh it is beautiful and surly no man would dare to say he did this.
James 1:16 “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
Kenneth and Martha Williams have a new grandbaby. He arrived on November 8th, a wee bit early, weighing 4 lbs. and I think 10 ozs. So he was kept in the hospital a few extra days, but is now home. He is Parker Kellan. he has an older bother to help keep him entertained and he is Ethan. The proud parents are Ben and Wendy Williams. Glad he is able to be home now.
Stacey Jernigan and Kim Richardson brought my delicious supper Monday night.
I think today (Sunday) has had the coldest temp we’ve had so far. It was 18, brrrrrr. I don’t mean to rush time away, but will be glad for warmer weather.
Sorry cousin Lasley Johnson is again in the hospital in the Medical Center in Bowling Green. Hope he will soon be able to be back home.
