The program’s services and resources are designed to foster stable family relationships, enhance children’s physical and emotional well-being, and establish an environment to develop strong cognitive skills.
Logan County’s Head Start program is located in the historic Knob City School building on Morgantown Road. The Head Start program is operated by local non-profit organizations in almost every county in the country. Most children in Head Start are between the ages of three and five years old.
