The Russellville Panthers got their first win of the season on Friday night. The Panthers played five innings against the Caverna Colonels and would end the game with a 15-0 win. Senior Barrett Croslin would pitch a no-hitter for the Panthers to help seal their victory.

At the top of the second, the Colonels would get their first runner on base after Croslin would walk him. The Colonels would attempt a bunt, but Jordan Blick would compete a double play to bring the Colonels down fast. Croslin would get the third out and the Panthers would head to bat.

The Panthers would go on to score nine runs before the Colonels defense could get three outs. The Panthers would hold a 13-0 lead after the second inning of the game.

The Panthers would have a slow third inning. Colby Nichols would start off the Panthers with a single and would be brought to home by Proctor. The Colonels would get the third out before the Panthers could score again. They would lead 14-0 at the end of the third.
