Brown honored by PVA Association


Ben Brown, Logan County PVA, was recently honored in Lexington, as he received the Gold Service Award from the Kentucky Property Valuation Administrator’s Association at their annual summer conference. Mr. Brown was recognized by his peers across the state for his many years of dedication and service to the organization.

Mr. Brown has earned the professional certifications of Certified Kentucky Assessor and Senior Kentucky Assessor and has held the PVA office since 1994. Mr. Brown was President of the PVA Association from 2011-2013.

The conference allows members an opportunity to learn of the newest technical advances in the field of property tax assessment as well as the local impact of recently passed legislation.
