On Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at 3:17 p.m., Sergeant Clint Wright of the Logan County Sheriff’s Department responded to 387 Kondracki Road in reference to serving two felony arrest warrants on 37-year-old Donald Bradley Jr. Upon arrival at the residence, Sergeant Wright made contact with Bradley and placed him under arrest.
Through a search of his person and the immediate area of arrest, Bradley as found to be in possession of Hydrocodone pills, which is a schedule II narcotic. Also found was marijuana.
Bradley was lodged in the Logan County Detention Center and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified); prescription of controlled substance not in proper container 1st offense; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Bradley was also served with a bail jumping indictment and a failure to appear warrant in Logan Circuit Court.
Upon further investigation, 32-year-old William Michael Rice, Jr. was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and assorted drug paraphernalia. Rice was arrested and lodged in the Logan County Detention Center and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
