Car flips during accident, no one hurt

On Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, a vehicle, driven by Darin D. Gregory of Russellville, pulled out onto North Main Street attempting to turn left. Gregory failed to see an approaching vehicle driven by Sierra N. Hamblin of Lewisburg, striking her with the front right bumper of his vehicle, causing her to spin in a counter-clockwise direction and enter the opposite lane of travel, according to a police report.

Hamblin then struck a vehicle driven by Cory Lawson of Russellville with the front left bumper causing her vehicle to flip onto its side. The Lawson vehicle sustained major damage to the left side, while the vehicle driven by Gregory sustained minor damage. The vehicle driven by Hamblin sustained major damage to the front and left side of the vehicle.

All subjects involved refused care from Logan County EMS.
