Deputy arrests man on outstanding warrant and multiple criminal summons

On Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016, at 1:14 a.m. Deputy Kyler Harvey of the Logan County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on tan 2003 Buick LeSabre traveling southbound on Nashville Street due to a traffic violation. Upon contact with the vehicle, deputy Harvey discovered the front passenger, Stacey D. Grady, 39, of Russellville, had an active warrant out of Warren District Count and multiple criminal summons for cold checks in both Logan and Todd Counties.

Grady was placed under arrest for the active warrant and search incident to arrest.

Deputy Harvey located items of drug paraphernalia and cocaine in Grady’s right shoe. In addition to the warrant, Grady faces of possession of cocaine 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Grady was arrested and lodged in the Logan County Detention Center.
