Trespass turns into drug arrest


On Wednesday, April 13 at 3:42 p.m. deputy Jarrod Lyons with the Logan County Sheriff Department observed a 2000 blue pickup truck trespassing on private property. Deputy Lyons made contact with 38-year-old Donald Bradley, Jr. sitting in the driver’s seat. After taking Bradley into custody, deputy Lyons observed marijuana laying in plain view on the dashboard of the vehicle.

Further investigation of the traffic stop revealed illegal drugs and illegal drug paraphernalia located in various portions of the vehicle.

Bradley was lodged in the Logan County Detention Center under charges of criminal trespass, 3rd degree; failure of Owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense; possession of marijuana; possession of a controlled substance, 1 st degree (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, 2nd degree.

Deputy Lyons was assisted on scene by deputies Kyler Harvey and Parker Rowland with the Logan County Sheriff’s Department.
