Task Force nabs 16 during drug roundup

Agents of the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force (SCKDTF) conducted a countywide drug roundup Tuesday, March 22. Sixteen individuals were arrested and taken into custody for drug-related offenses ranging from possession and trafficking to paraphernalia and being a persistent felony offender.

The roundup was titled “Operation Springtime,” and areas focused on were Russellville, Adairville, Lewisburg, Middleton and Auburn. Other locations were targeted in Logan and Simpson Counties. This was a six month investigation into the trafficking of crystal meth and Opiate based prescription pain medication. Several More arrests are pending at this time.

The following are those taken arrested and taken into custody Tuesday:

Sheila Bilicki, 44, of Auburn was arrested on 2 counts of trafficking in legend drug 1st offence; 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and 2 counts of drug paraphernalia buy/possess

Tammy Delello, 39, of Russellville was arrested on 2 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); 2 counts of drug paraphernalia buy/possess and persistent felony offender II

Randill Farmer, 55, of Auburn was arrested on trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified); possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified) and prescription controlled substance not in proper container

Kevin Washer, 30, of Russellville was arrested on 3 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); 3 counts of drug paraphernalia buy/possess and persistent felony offender I

Jay Steele, 43, of Russellville was arrested on 2 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified); 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified) and 2 counts prescription controlled substance not in proper container

Nathaniel Huskey, 51, of Russellville was arrested on trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (cocaine); possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (cocaine) and drug paraphernalia buy/possess

James Mayes, 49, of Lewisburg was arrested on trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia buy/possess

Deangelo Wilson, 35, of Adairville was arrested on 3 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); 1 count of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified); 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); 1 count of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified); 4 counts of drug paraphernalia buy/possess and prescription not in proper container

Travis Hankins, 36, of Russellville was arrested on trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); drug paraphernalia buy/possess and persistent felony offender I

Terry Ballard, 23, of Lewisburg was arrested on 2 counts trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); trafficking in marijuana less than 8 oz.; 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); possession of marijuana; 2 counts of drug paraphernalia buy/possess and persistent felony offender II

Jimmy England, 46, of Franklin was arrested on 2 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified); 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified); drug paraphernalia buy/possess and prescription controlled substance not in proper container

Jeffery Page, 40, of Adairville was arrested on 2 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified); 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified) and 2 counts prescription controlled substance not in proper container

Marshall Riley, 33 of Russellville was arrested on trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (cocaine); possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (cocaine); trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified); possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified); drug paraphernalia buy/possess and prescription not in proper container

John T. Douglas, 54, of Keysburg was arrested on trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified); possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified) and prescription not in proper container

Vingie Moore, 44, of Lewisburg was arrested on 2 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine); 2 counts possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) and 2 counts drug paraphernalia buy/possess

Patrick Gilbert, 28, Russellville was arrested on trafficking in Marijuana less than 8 oz; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

Assisting Agencies during the drug roundup were: the Russellville Police Department, the Adairville Police Department, the Lewisburg Police Department, the Logan County Sheriff’s Department, the Kentucky State Police and Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement.
