Whitley’s, Joines recently burglarized

Within the first two weeks of March, two Russellville businesses were broken into, one where a safe was taken and one where narcotic medication was the target.

The first was Whitley’s Pharmacy located at 501 North Main Street in Russellville, sometime on the weekend of March 5.

The Russellville Police Department responded to the burglary and upon arrival discovered that someone had made entry into the building sometime over the weekend.

The suspect(s) stole an unknown amount of narcotic medication along with other items.

The second business to get hit was on March 15.

Jay D. Joines reported that sometime during the night unknown individual(s) unlawfully entered into his law office on W. 5th Street. Several items of value were taken including a safe.
