Join Logan Extension Office for ‘Lose It! Logan County’

The Logan County Extension Service has kicked off its sixth season of “Lose It! Logan County,” a weight loss and exercise initiative for the whole community. If you are interested in losing weight and becoming more physically fit, then this program is for you.

This is a six week program will focus on exercise, nutrition and weight loss using the P90X exercise curriculum and the Weight the Reality Series nutrition and weight loss curriculum.

If you are interested in losing weight and becoming more physically fit, join at the Logan County Extension Office on Jan. 28, 2016 at 5 p.m. for our Lose It! Logan County kick off. It’s never too late to become a healthier you!

There will be weekly weigh in’s, measurements and chart progress. Classes meet Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 p.m. beginning Feb. 1, 2o16. There is a $15 registration fee. There will be a grand prize for the highest percentage of weight loss.
