Logan Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Stephanie Geraci, APRN, to its Auburn Community Health Clinic. Geraci joins Stacia Washer Staples, APRN, and James Staples, APRN. All are trained to treat illnesses such as respiratory, ear or urinary tract infections, strep throat, stomach flu or influenza, as well as non-complex injuries such as lacerations and sprains. The staff is also certified to complete sports or employment physicals.
Geraci is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has served on medical missions to Brazil to provide health care to those with limited resources. Geraci is looking forward to learning about the community and spending time with patients to improve their health.
The Auburn Community Health Clinic is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The office is conveniently located in Auburn, at 128 Sugar Maple Drive. Walk-ins are welcome or you can call ahead to schedule your appointment at 270-542-5500.
