Russellville Police warns of increase in car break ins

The Russellville Police Department would like to remind the community to keep their vehicles locked and to remove items of value when the vehicle is unattended. Law enforcement agencies in surrounding counties have experienced a recent increase in thefts from vehicles, with stolen items including weapons, money and cell phones.

To further reduce your chances of becoming a victim, the Russellville Police Department encourages citizens to park their vehicle(s) in a garage, if available, or in welt-lit areas of roadways and parking lots
