On Friday at 4:15 p.m. a tree planting will be held in the Alumni Heritage Park in memory of all the classmates who are no longer with us. This is an inspirational way to kick off the weekend celebration.

Also on Friday, at 5 p.m. there will be an Alumni reception at the lower gates of Rhea Stadium for induction into the Black & Gold Club (where the old gym was). Dinner will follow at Slappyz on Clarksville Road, across from the Russellville High School. Call Mary Beth at 270-726-3763 by Oct. 1 so Slappyz staff can know a count.

Dinner includes and all inclusive menu of multiple main dishes, salad, vegetable and potato sides, as well as dessert. Cost is $35 per person. Please send checks by Sept. 18 to Joe Guion, 641 Powell Place, Russellville, KY 42276 or call 270-339-0476 or 270-542-7452.
