Atkinson celebrates 90th birthday

The family of C.W. (Willard) Atkinson celebrated his 90th birthday Sept. 7, 2015, on Sept. 5th by gracing him with many family members and friends at the Logan County Extension Complex.

Those attending were grandchildren and great-grandchildren from Spartanburg, S.C.; near Augusta, Ga.; Mobile, Ala., Lexington, Ky.; Bowling Green, Ky., and Russellville. Sons from Lakeland, Fla.; Bowling Green, Ky. and Russellville, Ky. also attended. Sister-in-law and nephews and a great-niece attended from Hendersonville, Tenn. and a niece, nephew and several other family members from Indianapolis, Ind.

Ages of guest ranged from 1 month to 101 years old. The honoree’s sister who is 95 years old from Fort Meyers, Fla., was unable to attend.
